A lot of people have heard of them, but what are they? And what are they for?
Basically they are usually two balls that are attached together on a string or cord, the inside of the balls are weighted and move about as you move about, the idea been that as they move around you have to tense your kegal muscles to hold them in place, and this helps to tighten you up and to strengthen your pelvic floor.
They are also supposed to help the intensity of your orgasms, well lets face it if you have been walking
around with these little balls wiggling and jiggling inside you all day then you are bound to be ready for action by the night time, and your orgasms are going to be stronger.
What a lot of people don’t realise about Kegal balls is that they come in a variety of sizes and weights, and contrary to what you might thinks its not the bigger ones that make your muscles work the hardest it is the smaller ones, as your muscles have to grip them tighter to hold them in place.
They do jiggle and the jiggle can be mildly stimulating, but I would hesitate when describing these purely as a sex toy. These can be worn during the day for longish periods of time whilst out and about and nobody would know that they were there, they don’t make any sound and the retrieval cord is comfortable enough not to iritate you.
Now you might be thinking that these are only for women that have had kids or have bladder problems and therefore might need to tighten up their pelvic floor, but this is nonsence, anyone can use them, and they will have the same tightening and orgasm enhancing effect.
It is advised that although you need to use them for a regularily and for a good period of time for them to be fully effective that you don’t use them for prolonged amounts of time and that you don’t use them on a full bladder. You will probably find that if you try and keep them in whilst urinating that you will push them out anyway, so I would advise that they are removed for this.
I have a few sets of these balls and have found that some are better than others. The Tracey Cox Supersex Toner Balls which are available from Lovehoney are the jiggliest, and the jiggle is a nice sensation to have, the cord is also the most comfortable to wear and they are a nice size not to big or to small.
I would recommend kegal balls to any woman of any age to try, either for added pleasure or for help with their pelvic floor.
